• Payment
  After completing your registration, you will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your payment. Once your payment has been received, you will promptly receive a confirmation email with all event details and your personal Zoom access information.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy
  As this is a live event with a fixed date, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this condition.

• Personal Messages
  This event is a live demonstration of mediumship. It cannot be guaranteed that every participant will receive a personal message. Mediumistic work is by nature not controllable — neither the mediums nor the participants have influence over whether or when a connection comes through, or for whom. Participation is therefore to be understood as an open experience, not as a personal one-to-one session.

• Access Link
  The Zoom link provided for this event is strictly personal and may not be shared with or forwarded to third parties. Access is reserved exclusively for registered and paying participants. If we become aware that a link has been shared without authorisation, we reserve the right to deactivate it and exclude the person concerned from the event without refund.

• Technical Requirements
  To participate, you will need a stable internet connection and a device compatible with Zoom. We cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's side.

• Recording
  This event will not be recorded. Audio and video recordings by participants are not permitted.

• Cancellation by the Organiser
  In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement by the organiser, all participants will be informed promptly. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.
